Navy Reintroduces Photographs to Ensure Racial Equity

The Navy eliminated photographs from hiring and promotion decisions last year, but is looking at reintroducing them. Why? Because minorities perform better at hiring time when the officer can see that they’re nonwhite. Now the Navy is looking to create more “racial equity” in our armed forces by reintroducing the photographs, which were deemed “racist” only last year.
